RFP - Supportive Housing for Individuals Returning to the Community from Incarceration

2016-10-25: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking proposals for programs that provide supportive housing for individuals reentering the community from incarceration. The anticipated grant period will be July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2019, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. The option to renew will be based upon the performance of grantee and continued funding.

RFP - Consultant for Inmate Medical and Mental Health Cases

2015-08-11: The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking proposals for consulation services and assistance in the review of complex inmate health and mental health cases. The DOC currently has a contract for Inmate Health and Mental Health Services with Centurion. The administrative model with which the contract is managed will be changing and, as a result of this change, the DOC is seeking a licensed medical doctor to act as a consultant.
