Welcome to the Fleet Management Website. The West Virginia Fleet Management Office strives to provide overall management services for over 7500 vehicles and to ensure that these vehicles are appropriate to the transportation needs of the users and to interface with all levels of State Government and coordinate the involvement of state agencies that lease and manage vehicles.
The Fleet Management Office operates in accordance with the West Virginia Code §5A-1-2(f) and §5A-3-48 through 5A-3-53 and

The IRS/GSA issued the 2016 standard mileage rates used to calculate the deductible cost of operating an automobile for business purposes: Beginning January 1, 2016 the standard mileage rate for the use of a car will be $0.54.
