The Anderson House Office Building is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding state and federal holidays. The safety and security of our visitors, Members and staff are our foremost concern. The need for security is one that is necessitated in today's environment.
When you visit us, every effort will be made to minimize delays that are inherent in providing for your safety and security. As you enter the building, you will be asked to present pictured identification.
If you are visiting to observe or participate in a Committee meeting, anonymous access is available and no identification is required.
If you will be visiting the House of Representatives on a frequent basis and require access to the Member offices, you should consider applying for a Frequent Visitor Pass. The pass is a photo ID card, which must be worn while in the Anderson House Office Building, that enables you to move quickly through the security screening process and grants access to all Member offices and common areas.
The Frequent Visitor Pass is valid for the duration of the current two year legislative session. You can obtain a Frequent Visitor Pass by presenting a completed copy of this online form, displaying a valid driver’s license and paying a $10.00 processing fee at the Visitor Assistance Desk in the main lobby.
