House of Representatives Employment Application

This Application for Employment with the Illinois House of Representatives has been created in Word 2003.

If you have Word on your computer, save the blank employment application onto your hard drive, tab through and enter your information into the entry boxes, mouse click in check boxes where applicable, then save the completed employment application.

For users who do not have Word on their computers. You must use the PDF format of the employment application. You will need to print out the application, fill it out then mail or fax to the office you selected on the application along with your resume.

The top section of the application contains the information on where to mail, fax or email your completed application.  Please include a copy of your resume with the employment application.
