The Keep Cool Illinois partners include the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Illinois Home Weatherization Assistance Program (IHWAP), the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, the Illinois Tollway, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Public Health and the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and other agencies.
