If you disagree with the decision of a judge, the proper remedy is to
appeal the decision. If you disagree with the decision of a family support
magistrate, the proper remedy is to appeal the decision within 14 days to a
superior court judge. Please contact the court clerk's office or visit the
judicial branch website for a copy of the appeal
Form JD-FM-111.

you would like the Judicial Branch to look into your concerns about a
particular judge or family support magistrate, please write a letter
detailing your concerns to:
