Online Grant Reporting Access

NCGrants.gov provides online reporting access for grant recipients and state agency grantors. Through this website, grantees can file required reports online and state agencies can monitor and review grantees for compliance with state requirements. Important Notice

Effective August 1, 2016, reporting will no longer be submitted in the NCGrants system. Reporting will be filed directly with your funding agency. This change is the result of recent changes to the State Rules (09 NCAC 03M) governing the reporting process for non-state entities receiving State financial assistance. The intent of this change was to reduce duplication in reporting, as many agencies already have reporting requirements in place that meet or exceed the Statewide requirements. Recipients should contact their funding agency for further guidance. If your entity is on the Suspension of Funding List as of August 1, 2016 please contact your funding agency to determine what documentation you need to provide to be removed from the list. Users will be able to log in to view and print old reports until December 31, 2016, but you will not have the ability to change submitted reports or to submit new ones.
