Instructions for Registering User Managers
The NTD Monthly Ridership Module will go live on October 8, 2014. The new NTD improves security, removes the need for paper forms, and decreases the burden of manual data entry. In a significant departure from the existing NTD, the new NTD does not support shared accounts. Instead, all accounts belong to named users. Furthermore, the new NTD is built for self-service account management, which means someone in your organization will need to manage these user accounts. In order to proceed, FTA now needs you to designate an individual to serve as a User Manager (UM) for your organization.
