Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) is responsible for providing world-class affordable, relevant and sustainable ground combat equipment to Joint Warfighters. With a focus on developing advanced technologies, PEO GCS is leading the design and development of the Army's Future Fighting Vehicle and Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle, the Army's highest priority combat vehicle. Foreign Military Sales are also vital to our portfolio, beneficially supporting U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives, allowing our allies to promote peace and stability in their region.

PEO GCS is a team of four Project Offices that oversee the Product Management Offices and Directorates, responsible for the total Life Cycle Management of the Army's finest Ground Combat Systems.

		PM Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFV) is responsible for the lifecycle logistics of the Bradley Family of Vehicles (FoV). Self-Propelled Howitzer Systems (SPHS), and the Future Fighting Vehicle (FFV) to maximize Soldier capability.
		PM Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) replaces five M113 Family of Vehicles (FoV) mission roles with the following variants: Mission Command, Medical Treatment, Medical Evacuation, General Purpose and Mortar Carrier.
		PD Main Battle Tank Systems (MBTS) provides lifecycle logistics for the M1 Abrams and M88 Family of Vehicles (FoV), and manages Foreign Military Sales.
		PM Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT) provides proven acquisition, development, and sustainment of the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV) as well as the sustainment of the Armored Security Vehicle and Armored Knight FoV is also management under PM SBCT.
