Request for Public Records
Have a request for a P.O.S.T record or other document?
Idaho State Police procedure 02.05 Public Records Requests requires that public records requests must be “submitted in writing and provide the requester's name, mailing address, e-mail address (if the requester has one) and telephone/cell phone number”.
The written request may be made to P.O.S.T by using the convenient online records request form, or you may mail a completed request form or letter containing the required information to:
