The Public Service Commission (Commission) initiated the Relay Utah program in 1987 with the goal to provide telecommunication access and equipment to deaf, hard of hearing and speech challenged individuals.

Relay Utah attends community outreach events throughout Utah. By attending the events you can preview available equipment and speak to one of our specialists. Interested parties can also complete an application. The outreach calendar below is updated monthly.
