Common Access Cards and Identification Cards

Effective November 9, 2016, the ID Card Section will close 2:15 - 4:15 p.m. for training every second Wednesday of the month.

The ID Card section is located in the Soldier Service Center, Bldg. 5700, Room 160. Hours of operation are Mondays thru Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For information, please call (334) 255-2182.

Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (normal duty hours) will be set aside for appointments only. Walk-in customers will be seen on an emergency basis (e.g. Lost CAC/ID card, Pin Reset, DD Form 1172, In/Out Processing, and Retirees renewing ID card).

Appointments can be made up to 120 days out. Cards can be renewed up to 90 days prior to expiration date.

To make an appointment, please click on the link below:

  1. Click here to make an appointment.
  2. To the left of the screen is general information.  On the right of the screen is a calendar by month.  If the days are grayed out, it means that there are no appointments available for that day.  The days that are in Green means that there are appointments available that day.
  3. Click on the desired date of appointment and you will see the appointment times available for that day.
  4. Click on one of the times, complete information requested, and click submit.
  5. An email will be automatically sent to the email address provided with your appointment date, time, and confirmation number.
