Your 56 senators work tirelessly to represent the interests of Georgia's residents, from the mountains to the coast, and everywhere in between.  As stewards of your taxpayer dollars, we strive to pass a balanced budget each year that is both fiscally responsible and reflective of your needs.  We are also constantly working in areas such as education, transportation, economic development, healthcare, and public safety to craft legislation that meets the needs of all Georgians.  In addition to the 15 Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Georgia, such as AGCO, Home Depot, Coca-Cola, UPS, and Aflac, we continue to welcome new businesses, relocations, and expansions across our state.
