Commerce RI Revenue Bonds
Commerce RI Revenue Bonds are similar to RI Industrial Facilities Corporation (RIIFC) bonds, conduit financing with no risk to the State. With these bonds Commerce RI can do larger transactions as well as government, quasi government and non-profit revenue bonds, which are prohibited under RI General Laws Chapter 45-37.1.
