The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) tracks transaction wait times to examine operational efficiency. DMV uses the indicators to recommend process adjustments to improve customer experience. "Wait Time" begins when a customer is issued ticket at the front desk, and ends when the customer's ticket number is called. The data displayed is for the Cranston branch only.
