SUICIDE-PREVENTION PROGRAM
West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance Deputy Secretary Billy Wayne Bailey recently joined Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin this week to announce a new suicide-prevention program for veterans.
This initiative, known as Mountain State 22, was created by and will be managed by Veterans Assistance.
