 The IASTAR Training and Certification Tracking System provides managers at all levels a capability to report and manage their IA Workforce and General User population training and certification statistics and a summary report of certification voucher distribution. The IA workforce consist of personnel with Information System privilege access (admin or root) and/or working IA functions in technical, management, Computer Network Defense Service Provider and Architect and Engineer positions. IA functions are described in DoD 8570.01-M and AR 25-2. This system imports training and certification completion data from IASTAR and DoD systems such as IASTAR E-Learning, Virtual Training website, Fort Gordon school house, DoD Virtual Training Environment (VTE) and the DoD Workforce Certification Web Application System (DWCA). ARMY CIO/G6 WILL ONLY PROVIDE ONE TYPE OF TOKEN FOR ONE TYPE OF CERTIFICATION ANNUALLY (CALENDAR YEAR). ALL OTHER CERT FEES ARE THE INDIVIDUAL'S RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF TOKEN IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CERTIFICATIONS OR BEHIND IN YOUR PAYMENTS. CISM/CISA Tokens

All UsersYour Enterprise email address must be registered on all systems (Sig Ctr/FT Gordon, Virtual Training, Skillport, and VTE) in order for your training completion records to import into your ATCTS profile. RELEASE YOUR CERTIFICATION TO DOD. ALL IA workforce personnel must release their certifications at DMDC [DMDC link] for the certification to show up as verified by DMDC in your ATCTS profile. In order to receive a token for payment (if available from IASTAR) DACs and military personnel must provide a copy of their invoice (ISC2) and ISAC and a screenshot of payment from their CompTIA account to their ATCTS manager to load in the "voucher request/pretest" area in their ATCTS profile.
