Welcome to the Vaccine Healthcare Centers Secure Patient Portal. This tool has been created to provide a secure, safe and private way to communicate with the clinical staff at the Vaccine Health Centers Network. VHC clinicians will use this method to request pertinent medical information for further review on an individual basis rather than through regular e-mail.

Create an Account
- Creating an account provides you with a completely secure method that enables you to communicate with the VHC clinical staff.
- Having an account also allows you to communicate back and forth with the VHC in a secure manner.
Ask a question without an Account
- You may ask VHC clinical staff a question without registering for an account. However, the response you receive will be sent to your regular e-mail account.
- If you are concerned about the sensitivity of your question or the answer, please create an account and use our secure communication method.
