This funding opportunity is to support meritorious exploratory research relevant to the NHLBI mission using the biospecimen collections that are stored in the NHLBI Biorepository and that are available through BioLINCC. The first application due date is February 17, 2017.

New Study: SPRINT-POP (data)
Data from the Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trial Primary Outcome Paper (SPRINT-POP) are available for request. The data are limited to the subset of SPRINT Study data which underlie the November 2015 New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) publication. NEJM is sponsoring a SPRINT Data Analysis Challenge and the SPRINT-Primary Outcome Paper data is a required element. The SPRINT-Primary Outcome Paper dataset is open for request by any qualified party, regardless of intent to participate in the SPRINT Data Analysis Challenge. Requests for the SPRINT-Primary Outcome Paper data are currently being accepted and will be processed in a manner identical to any other study available through the BioLINCC website; however, the data will not be available for download until Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
