Technical assistanceIf you request technical assistance from the commission, we may ask you to use TeamViewer. The software allows staff to see what you see on your computer, but only if you provide prior consent. The software does not install on your local machine. The software will provide you with an ID number and a session password that expires at the end of the remote session. Commission staff will use the software only to provide help with the FIDO system.
