Attention certificate users.  If the CAC or Software certificates are not displaying in the JAVA window try the following: clear the browser cache and cookies, clear the SSL State, and restart the browser in a new session.  Many users have had to repeat these steps more than once to fully clear the error.

Attention Government users:  The WAWF helpdesk does not have the authority
to take any administrative type of action on government user accounts. This
includes role activation, password resets and general account modifications.
Please contact your respective iRAPT GAM, EDA POC, or CORT Department
Administrator for assistance. 

There is a GAM/Dept Admin lookup feature for Government users:
https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/help/help.xhtml  (copy/paste if link
doesn't work). Locate the "Help - Lookup Tables" section and select the
"Group Administrator Lookup" link.  Enter your DoDAAC or FEDAAC code.
This will retrieve the current list of admins for iRAPT and CORT.

Some agencies have established iRAPT help desk to support their user base.
