Authenticare Mobile App Users with Android Phones: There is a HIPAA-required security upgrade going into effect tonight, November 17, 2016. It causes a small number of old Android phones to not work at all, while others will need to upgrade to the latest version of the Android app in the Google Play Store (version 6.22) in order to get back online. Users affected by the change will not be able to connect to the AuthentiCare servers or log in effective Friday morning.
