You may change the supervisor name listed in the application by clicking on the EDIT hyperlink to the right of the SUPERVISOR INFORMATION section. Please search by the supervisor’s last name and select the supervisor’s last name from the drop down menu and click on the REPLACE button. If you search by the supervisor’s first name, your supervisor may not appear on the drop down menu.
