What should I do if my GO!Card does not work

If you must purchase a pass to commute but your GO!Card is not working, purchase the minimum amount necessary with personal funds. Once you've done this, please contact the Transit Subsidy Program Office at the email address below as soon as possible. All card issues are typically resolved within 1 business day.
