The TSA
Operating Platform (TOP) is a federal government computer system
that contains TSA information that is not
intended or authorized for dissemination to anyone other
than those TSA employees who have a need for the information
in the performance of their official duties. It may contain
information that is privileged or otherwise protected from public
disclosure. The public availability of the information in this
system is determined by the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552).
Sensitive Security
Information (SSI) Warning
WARNING: One or more systems within the TOP
contain Sensitive Security Information that is controlled under 49 CFR Part
1520. No part of this record may be disclosed to persons without a
"need to know", as defined in 49 CFR Part 1520.11, except
with the written permission of the Administrator of the Transportation
Security Administration or the Secretary of Transportation. The unauthorized
disclosure of SSI may result in civil penalties or other enforcement or
corrective action as described in 49 CFR Part 1520.17. For U.S.
government agencies, public disclosure is governed by 5 U.S.C. 552 and
49 CFR parts 15 and 1520.

NOTICE:
Information in this system is part
of one or more Privacy Act systems of records and should be
disseminated only to those within DHS with a need to know the
information in the course of their official duties. The attached materials should not be
disseminated outside of DHS without the express written consent of
the subject individual about whom the information is about or after consultation with
TSA's Privacy Act Officer or the Chief Counsel's office. An individual who wrongfully
discloses information covered by the Privacy Act may be subject to criminal
penalties 5 U.S.C. รบ552a.
