If your UFMS account is locked, or if you have forgotten your password, please contact the UFMS Tier I helpdesk for assistance.

The UFMS Tier I helpdesk is able to unlock your account and reset your password to a temporary password. For security reasons, new passwords cannot be provided over the phone (in real-time). However, your temporary password can be emailed to you if you have a valid HHS email address assigned to your UFMS account.

Please note, users who receive a temporary password are required to login the same day after receiving the password. If users do not login the same day, the system will end-date (deactivate) their UFMS account.
