  1. COURT/PAROLE CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: You shall obey your Court Order and/or Parole Commission Order, and special conditions. You acknowledge that you have waived your 4th amendment right to search and seizure and continue to be subject to search of your person, residence, vehicle, and any other real property; you are also subject to drug and alcohol testing in a manner prescribed by the Division of Probation and Parole.
  2. LAWS AND COOPERATION: You shall obey all laws, municipal, county, state and federal. You shall comply with all lawful requests of any agent of the Idaho Dept. of Correction, and shall be completely truthful at all times with any agent of the Idaho Dept. of Correction. During any contact with law enforcement personnel, you shall provide your identity, and notify the law enforcement officer(s) that you are under supervision. You will notify the Limited Supervision Unit Officer of this contact within 48 hours.
  3. ALCOHOL/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: You shall not purchase, possess, or consume any alcoholic beverage. You also shall not use, possess, or purchase any illegal drug, or any prescription medication that was not prescribed to you by a licensed physician or dentist.
  4. FIREARMS/WEAPONS: You shall not purchase, carry, possess, or have control of any firearms, chemical weapons, electronic weapons, explosives or other dangerous weapons.
  5. RESTITUTION: You shall pay restitution and other fees as ordered by the Court or Parole Commission.
  6. COST OF SUPERVISION: You will comply with Idaho Code 20-225, which authorizes a cost of supervision fee of $30 per month.
  7. REPORTS: You will submit a truthful, written report to the Limited Supervision Unit Officer every month.
  8. EMPLOYMENT: You will document any change of employment on your Monthly Report.
  9. RESIDENCE: You will report any change of residence to the Limited Supervision Unit Officer within 48 hours of moving.
  10. TRAVEL: You will not leave the state without first obtaining permission from the Limited Supervision Unit Officer. (Please email limitedsupervisionunit@idoc.idaho.gov to request a travel permit form.)
You understand that you are NOT on unsupervised probation or parole, and that you are on a Low Risk Caseload.
