Electronic Case Tracking (ECT) application provides HQ AFRC and its subordinate organizations with
an automated tool to administer and manage cases; thereby ensuring timely medical treatment and
receipt of benefits for deserving service members. The ECT web application was designed to help the
user process investigation promptly and to help manage the ECT process by reporting significant
