VFA-101 MISSION STATEMENT

VFA-101 will train and qualify F-35C aircrew and maintenance professionals to operate safely and effectively as part of a Carrier Air Strike Group at sea. This can only be accomplished through the unwavering dedication of Sailors that make up the Grim Reapers team, collectively focused on cultivating and preserving a command culture born of equal opportunity, mutual respect, prudent and informed risk management and a steadfast commitment to professionalism, on and off duty.
