WA State Licensing: Renew - Corporation or LLC

File a corporation or LLC annual report

Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) must file an annual report each year to stay in good standing with the Washington Secretary of State.

We'll mail a notice to the registered agent at the address on file about six weeks before your report is due. To avoid penalties, file your annual report by the expiration date. An annual report is considered filed when we receive all fees.
