Deployment for 5/07/2015 (Version 1.4.61)

Aloha all,

Items that were included in the 5/7/2015 deployment were:

  1. Fixed an error that occurred when backdating dry storage permits.
  2. (Central and District) The edit vessel tool now checks to see if a vessel record already exists so duplicates are not created.
  3. Deployed changes to the application that allows the user to renew accounts based off of a list provided by Mark.
  4. Matched the ledger and running balance for account 4384.
  5. Matched the ledger and running balance for account 4575.
  6. Changed the permittee name for account 7047, Godinez.
  7. (Central and District) Changed the error message that is displayed when using the edit vessel tool and a duplicate registration number is entered.

Deployment for 12/30/2014 (Version 1.4.42)

Aloha all,

Items included in this deployment:

  1. Kawaihae South Added as a selectable location.
  2. Fixed a bug that caused records to be not accessible after processing the application.   Users are now able to successfully place applications on the wait list after approving the application.

Deployment for 12/03/2014 (Version 1.4.41)

Aloha all,

Items included in this deployment:

  1. Gross receipts late fees are now always waived and the option to charge the late fees has been removed.
  2. Paul Sensano is now properly listed as the District Manager for Maui.
  3. Hot work location list has been updated with new locations.
  4. Fix for the issue where the user could not complete an application and constantly received an error.

Aloha all,

Items included in this deployment:

  1. Renamed and moved the Fix button.
  2. Renamed the Cancel button to Cancel Permit button.
  3. A corporation can now own a vessel.
  4. A corporate entity can now have a recreational permit.
  5. Non-DOBOR staff will be directed to the online payment section if they attempt to login.

Sprint 3 (Version 1.4.29) Deployed to Production September 16, 2014 at 4:30 PM

Aloha all,

Items that were included in this deployment:

  1. Login has been renamed STAFF LOGIN.
  2. Accounts will not lose their customer address after performing a principal habitation application.  BARS will now properly record the data.
  3. The ledger and running balance cause has been fixed.

Sprint 2 (Version 1.4.24_patch2) Deployed to Production August 28, 2014 at 4:30 PM

Aloha all,

Items that are included in this deployment are listed below:

  1. Late fees can now be enabled at DOBORs Request.  Tentative schedule to enable them is for October 1st’s billing generation.
  2. The Down For Maintenance Error Page has had its verbiage changed and is now more helpful.
  3. All services are now available to all permit types.

Sprint 1 (Version 1.4.18) Deployed to Production August 21, 2014 at 4:30 PM

Aloha all,

The deployment of the first sprint to the production BARS server has been completed.  Items that were included in this deployment are listed below:

  1. Hidden late fees now properly appear in the ledger.  This fix will resolve many of the problems with the billing statement and the ledger not matching.
  2. HIC has provided the DOBOR project team with the proper procedures to address permits that are missing their information or were displaying the incorrect customer information.  These fell into two categories:  Either a person has created a login account when the public module was still available when the application first launched or the information was not imported or filled out correctly.  Guides have been created to assist with correcting these accounts.
  3. HIC has updated the manuals for the residency change functionality and has changed the workflow when first setting the residency.  It now requires a few less clicks to select the residency when creating a new application.

Sprint 0 (Version 1.4.16) Deployed to Production July 24, 2014 at 4:30 PM

Items that were included in the Sprint 0 deployment are listed below:

  1. Issue collector has been implemented in BARS.
  2. Fixed an issue where the application displayed down for maintenance when assigning personnel to the Oahu District Office.
  3. Fixed an issue that would generate an error when applying for  a wait list for two different categories at once.

Status Update 6/26/2014

Aloha all,

HIC and DOBOR have renewed their maintenance contract and will be meeting on 6/30/2014 to discuss the next steps that we will taking.  As soon as more information is available, the Dock will be updated to keep everyone informed.

Residency Status Toggle Deployed 11/21/2013

The residency status toggle update to BARS was deployed yesterday at 4:30 PM.  Please remember that if you are changing the residency and the customer is not up for renewal yet, you will have to put a request in to the Central Office to have them adjust the security deposits.
