milSuite and other DoD systems have been experiencing some intermittent issues that have resulted in a large number of users receiving error messages upon attempting to access the system. DISA is aware of these issues and they are investigating to determine a solution. The issue stems from a recent patch pushed to users machines. Users experiencing issues can try running the FBCA cross cert removal tool linked below:

As of 1 January 2017, no new Business Objects (BOXI) accounts will be built as we prepare for transition to a new version of the software. CIV HR Data consumers are strongly encouraged to contact current BOXI users elsewhere within their organizations for support during this time of transition.
