Payment Policy – All online payments must be paid in U.S. dollars by accepted credit cards. The only methods of payment accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Prepaid cards that assess a surcharge per usage cannot be used.
Refund Policy - All transactions submitted on this site are non-refundable. If you have an inquiry about a previously submitted transaction, please use the Contact Us web page or contact the Court or agency to which you made payment directly.

ePayment is a service provided by Delaware Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS) designed to allow citizens to pay, using a safe and secure online form, any fines payable by voluntary assessment or resulting from a payment agreement in a participating court. Best of all ePayment is easy! Simply enter either your Case Number or your Ticket/Summons Number in the fields below, and then enter your last name as it appears on your ticket or court paperwork. It is that simple. You will be given the ability to make a payment online using either your credit card or a check.* Let's begin!

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted using a High-grade Encryption (SHA-1) and transmitted to us in a secure way utilizing SSL. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
