Payment Policy – All online payments must be paid in U.S. dollars by accepted credit cards. The only methods of payment accepted are MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Prepaid cards that assess a surcharge per usage cannot be used.

ePayment is a service provided by Delaware Criminal Justice Information System (DELJIS)
designed to allow citizens to pay, using a safe and secure online form, any fines payable
by voluntary assessment or resulting from a payment agreement in a participating court.

Best of all ePayment is easy! Simply enter either your Case Number or your
Ticket/Summons Number in the fields below, and then enter your last name
as it appears on your ticket or court paperwork. It is that simple. You will be given
the ability to make a payment online using either your credit card or a check.* Let's begin!
* Some courts may opt to disable either credit card or check payments. Not all cases are payable online
through ePayment. Some courts may choose to charge a nominal fee for online payments. No financial information
will be retained by the State of Delaware beyond 24 hours.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted using a High-grade Encryption (SHA-1) and transmitted to us in a secure way utilizing SSL.
You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
