Filing Fee Increases and Changes effective December 1, 2016
Please be aware of increases to fees included in the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Scheduled (28 U.S.C. 1930) effective December 1, 2016.
Filing fees for the following motions will increase to $181.00 Motion to Withdraw the Reference of a Case Motion to Compel Abandonment of Property of the Estate Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay Motion to Sell Property of the Estate Free and Clear of Liens under 11 U.S.C. § 363(f)
Exemplification fee for any document will increase to $22.00.
CD reproduction of recording of proceedings fee will increase to $31.
Filing fees for filing Amendments to Schedules D and E/F, list of creditors or mailing matrix will increase to $31.00.
Fee for conducting a search of the bankruptcy court records will increase to $31.00.
Filing or indexing a paper not in a pending case or proceeding, including registering a judgment from another district will increase to $47.00.
