Stay Organized

Simple tools such as medication logs can help Caregivers keep track of loved one’s prescriptions and over-the-counter medications. Use a medication log to take note of when each medication should be taken, to keep track of what is and isn’t working, and as a reference when speaking with health care providers.

Stay organized and get other tips and resources to help you care for your Veteran at home with our Caregiver Toolbox.
