The U.S. Bankruptcy Court will discontinue hearings in Twin Falls effective January 1, 2017.

The district's ECF Procedures have been amended due to local and national rule changes.
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court's Local Rules Committee invites the public to view and comment by December 9 at 5 p.m.
Please see the attached notice for important changes effective Dec 1st.
Updated Census Bureau Data applicable to cases filed on or after Nov 1, 2016 is now available on the US Trustee's website.
The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure have proposed amendments to their respective rules.
