Effective December 7, 2009: the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit implemented the ECF system for the electronic filing of court documents.

NOTE: Macintosh users no longer require a different URL to file a document. The "CM/ECF Document Filing System" will work for all CM/ECF users.
