At 2:00 p.m., the Senate will vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 34, 21st Century Cures Act. Following disposition of H.R. 34, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Conference Report to accompany S. 2943, NDAA.   • Passed H.R.5111, to prohibit the use of certain clauses in form contracts that restrict the ability of a consumer to communicate regarding the goods or services offered in interstate commerce that were the subject of the contract, and for other purposes.

HR 6297, the re-authorization of the Iran Sanctions bill had its first reading.
