CM/ECF - U.S. Bankruptcy Court:insb

Welcome to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana

Southern District of Indiana - Document Filing System

CM/ECF-BK V5.1.1

IMPORTANT: All filings with the court - includingattachments - must comply with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037: Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; andfinancial account numbers may not appear except as allowed by the rule. This includes the initial filing of petition and schedules and any subsequent document - including claims- which become available electronically.

The Court will NOT process any wage assignment orders submitted with the debtor's complete Social Security number visible. The better practice is to submit a wage assignment order with the personal identifiers redacted, or truncated to the last four digits, and then provide the employer with the complete Social Security number in a separate cover letter when delivering the order signed by the Court.
