We conduct health services research that advances Veteran-centered and value-driven healthcare.

Our research focuses on the healthcare needs of Veterans with complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, depression, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).  

The Center is a partnership between the Health Services Research & Development (HSR&D) programs at VA Puget Sound in Seattle and VA Eastern Colorado in Denver.

We welcome our web audience of Veterans, general public, VA organizational partners, academics, and researchers.
