Washington DC – Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH) offered an amendment today to the Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations bill to require the Bureau of Labor Statistics to submit a report on the impact of free trade agreements to the American workforce.
The Ryan Amendment passed the full House Appropriations Committee by a voice vote.
