The Court reminds attorneys and litigants that on December 1, 2016 (absent Congressional action to the contrary),
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6 and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 45 will be amended to make the 3-day mailing rule
no longer applicable to electronic filers and those who have consented to electronic service.
