The public plaza is large enough to accommodate over 3,000 visitors and is located across from the Georgia State Capitol. -
Landscaping Services
GBA is responsible for maintenance of the grounds surrounding 27 Capitol Hill Complex locations, the Governor's Mansion and six Confederate Cemeteries throughout Georgia. -
Parking Services
GBA coordinates the availability and safe use of parking facilities for state employees, legislators, contractors and visitors. -
Georgia State Capitol
GBA manages nearly 8 million square feet of space, including the Georgia State Capitol building and the Governor's Mansion in northeast Atlanta. -
Food Services
GBA operates two cafeterias on Capitol Hill and the surrounding areas. Food Services are provided by Eurest Dining, a division of the Compass Group. -
Facilities Management
GBA manages 36 buildings plus 30 other properties including parking decks, plazas, confederate cemeteries, and warehouses located in the Capitol Hill Complex in Atlanta.

GBA to issue new AVI hangtags to parking customers

By June of 2017 parking services will distribute new Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) hangtags to 3,000 customers to improve vehicular identification and security.
