K.A.R. 70-5-1. This regulation is an amended regulation that allows agency to recover costs of annual premise inspection from the registrant.

Economic Impact.  Assesses a fee for the annual premise inspection to the registered premise.

The proposed regulation revisions should have not have an economic impact on other governmental agencies. The proposed regulation revision will increase the fees paid by the veterinary premises owner by $75 per annual inspection.
