Supreme Court presents budget requests

Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush will make budget requests for the judicial branch for the 2018 and 2019 fiscal years on Tuesday, December 13 at 3:15pm to the State Budget Committee in room 404 of the State House.
The requests to fund court operations such as technology, specialized courts, guardianship programs and civil legal aid make up less than 1% of the state budget. The courts will likely make further presentations to state leaders in the coming months as the General Assembly crafts the state's next two year budget.

E-filing in Knox County now available; mandatory Feb. 10

Electronic filing is now available in more than 40 civil and criminal case types in the Knox Circuit & Superior Courts. On Friday, February 10, e-filing will be mandatory in these courts for all subsequent filings by attorneys.
