NRCS to Fund Salinas Irrigation Project

Caribbean Area NRCS is partnering with the PR Department of Agriculture’s Investment Program and the Southeast Conservation District to implement a $668,000 project to improve irrigation water supplies in the Húcar community in Salinas, PR.
