Peace Corps Volunteers in Ukraine work in the areas of education and youth and community development. During their service in Ukraine, Volunteers learn to speak the local languages, including Russian and Ukrainian. More than 2,750 Peace Corps Volunteers have served in Ukraine since the program was established in 1992.
