As of January 16, 2015, the Commission will now reimburse Community Corrections and Court Services agencies up to $5.00 per SASSI-3 assessment when considering offenders for SB 123 substance abuse treatment.

The Kansas Sentencing Commission hosted Senate Bill 123 Update Workshop in Topeka, Kansas.
The workshop provided details to some changes for a few treatment modalities (Assessments, Social Detox, Re-integration and Intensive Outpatient) effective January 1, 2016.
