Effective December 17, 2015, the new Virginia State Budget portal is now on-line. To ensure prompt access to the Virginia State Budget, please update existing Bookmarks, Favorites, and Budget references etc., to reflect the new Virginia Budget Portal address of http://budget.lis.virginia.gov.
If you access the Virginia State Budget through any web address that contains any variation of the old address, http://leg2.state.va.us/Moneyweb.nsf/ you will need to update those Bookmarks, Favorites or Budget references to the new Virginia State Budget portal.
