The software and data on this website are primarily for the benefit of the U.S. Government and organizations that collaborate with the Department of Energy's Wind and Water Power Technologies Office. Others are welcome to use the software and data, but please note that they are meant for professionals with expertise in wind and/or water power technologies and are subject to a data use disclaimer agreement.
